Associate of Science (Geography and Resources Management)
Programme Features
The two-year full-time Associate of Science (Geography and Resources Management) programme provides integrated training in physical and human geography, as well as resource management, from both scientific and policy perspectives. It enables students to evaluate geographical issues and gain practical experience through fieldwork and internships, preparing them for further studies and career development. Distinctive features include:
- Exploring geography and resources management through scientific, geographical, socio-economic, cultural, and policy perspectives;
- Applying knowledge and skills to evaluate potential solutions and policies for various issues in geographical and resources management;
- Gaining practical experience through field visits, study tours, and summer internship programmes.
Academic Award
Students who successfully complete the two-year programme and fulfil all graduation requirements will be awarded the Associate of Science (Geography and Resources Management) by Hong Kong Baptist University.
